Be careful if you get this on Skype

I got this strange and potentially very dangerous instant message on Skype. Somebody named "Computer Alert" that warns me that my system is infected and to click a link to download a patch.

I'm absolutely sure that the patch that I would download if I clicked the link would be a nice little virus that will infect my system.

Don't click that link or any other suspicious link, especially one that comes to you in this way!
