Unforgettable Places to See Before You Die



So, there's this book, see? It's called "Unforgettable Places to See Before You Die" by Steve Davey. This is the list of places he believes we should see. I tend to agree with many if not all of them. My question to all of you is: what's missing from this list? Additional questions: Which of these have you visited and of them, which do you recommend and why? I've placed a star next to the few I've seen. I really do want to see the Grand Canyon!

How cool to have the actual author of the book comment! Steve, thanks, that's great news. I really like your book, it's just in-depth enough without going too far. As you can see from my list, I've not been to too many places on your list.

As for your islands list, the ones I've visited are few as well:

Ile de la Cite - Paris, France
Stockholm - Sweden
Not the Big Island, but Maui, which was lovely
Sicily, Italy, from whence my family is

Silly question - could you have possibly known anyone with the last name, Pocino?

Wow. I've been on the move most of my life, but it is clear that i never really travelled.. I"ve only seen two of Steve's Must See places.
